Leave & Retrieve Box
Travel light and worry-free with IbiRide’s exclusive Leave & Retrieve Box 🗳, designed for returning travelers who want a secure place to store small personal items in Ibiza until their next visit.
Upon departure, when booking their transfer to the airport or even before this service, clients can request to use the Leave & Retrieve Box. The driver will provide a small metal lockbox (approximately 15x10x6 cm). If needed, we can store a larger box, but in this case, it must be provided by the client.
The box can be securely locked, and the two keys available for locking and unlocking remain exclusively with the client, ensuring full privacy. The box will be stored in a secure location until the client returns to Ibiza (within a maximum of two years) and requests its retrieval.
Upon handing over the box, the client must sign a declaration releasing IbiRide from any liability regarding the stored items, their value, or their nature. The declaration must be accompanied by a photo of an identification document for verification purposes.
This free service is perfect for those who frequently travel to Ibiza and prefer not to carry certain personal items back and forth. It provides peace of mind with secure storage, while the retention of the key ensures that only the customer has access to their belongings.
🚫 This free service is not intended for storing high-value items. Clients are advised not to store valuables such as cash, jewelry, electronics, or important documents.

Whether you’ve just arrived in Ibiza and need to wait before checking into your villa or hotel, or you’re leaving and have to check out earlier than your flight, IbiRide’s Luggage Hold service 🧳 offers a simple and convenient solution.
You can store your luggage for free at our base for a short period, allowing you to explore Ibiza without the burden of carrying your bags. The free service is available for up to one day, ensuring a hassle-free experience between your check-in and check-out times.
While luggage storage itself is completely free, any additional detour required to drop off or collect your bags may incur an extra charge beyond the standard transfer fare. This ensures a seamless service while keeping our routes efficient.
